Worked with the project team to develop a deep foundation system that could be installed inside of an active hospital. Access for traditional rigs was unavailable and work areas were directly adjacent critical surgery areas that needed to continue undisturbed. A skid-mounted rig with a sliding mast was fabricated to install (50) 2.875" helical piles with ultimate capacity of 50 kips compression, 24 kips tension, and 1.6 kips in lateral.
