Designed and installed 53 micro piles to stabilize the existing structure. 33 of these piles were inside the building; access was very tight at most of the pile locations. Technical Foundations designed a unique inverted bell element, along with the tooling to implement it, in order to connect the 8” diameter micro piles that were installed through the existing footings.
